Overview
The Service is sold in credits, and billing is according to actual usage. Credits purchased separately are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase; credits included in a subscription are valid for 3 months from the date they are granted.
Cancellation and Refunds
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, a distance sale transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of its execution, with a refund for the unused portion, less a lawful cancellation fee.
Credits used for completed work are non-refundable. For work that failed due to a system fault, the credits reserved for it are refunded automatically.
A recurring subscription may be cancelled at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Credits and benefits granted free of charge (such as a registration bonus) are not a paid transaction and are not eligible for a cash refund.
